Whether you are just considering starting an email newsletter, or you've

Program Design — We will sit down with you to determine
your vision of what the program should accomplish. We will then work with
you to design an e-newsletter program to accomplish your goals and objectives.
You may already have a list of email addresses from previous customers,
or you may need to rent a targeted, opt-in list to start out. Either way,
Avenues can design a program that will let you start using e-mail newsletters
as a new profit center.
Creation of the Newsletter — This process varies
for each customer as it can involve newsletter design, layout, HTML, and
if desired, writing of the actual copy. An Avenues copywriter can gather
information and research your company and/or industry to provide content
for your newsletter. Suggestions from any member of your company for the
content of the newsletter are encouraged. You may also create your own
newsletter content and Avenues can provide the supporting services. Text
and AOL versions are required and included in our standard pricing. HTML
versions are optional, but recommended because of their higher response
rates.
Delivery and Tracking — Delivery can include text,
HTML, and AOL versions of the newsletter. Most email software will accept
one of these versions. If you have an existing house file, Avenues will
convert the file to be compatible with the delivery and tracking software.
The newsletters will then be delivered to your customers and the click-through
rates tracked to see how much traffic the newsletter is driving to your
web site. The tracking program will also track successful and unsuccessful
deliveries.
Analysis and Reporting — By tracking click-through
from various links and the resulting actions, Avenues can help you adjust
your campaigns to be increasingly effective. Adjustments may be needed
in the newsletter itself, or in the landing pages of the website.
Privacy
If you already have a house file of email addresses, or as you build your
file, you can rest assured that Avenues will maintain the confidentiality
of your list. Your list will only be used for your campaigns. All client-provided
lists must be opt-in, as we do not condone spamming in any manner.
